Established in 1997, HCP has built a successful track record in the development and subsequent management of projects within the public and private sectors. From our initial focus in health PFI projects, we now manage live projects in the UK with a portfolio value of over £5 billion, incorporating hospitals, schools, housing, transport networks and courts.
Our success allowed has allowed HCP to grow organically and provide our Consultancy and Project Management knowledge globally.
HCP currently:
- employs over 130 staff in the UK alone
- manages a portfolio in the UK worth over £5bn
- has established a successful sister-company HCP Social Infrastructure (Canada) Ltd
- provides operational management in 16 hospital projects (22 hospitals), 14 school projects (68 schools), 2 court projects (5 courts), 1 social housing project (1338 homes) and 1 tram network (Nottingham Express Transit)
