Gerry Green
Chairman
Gerry Green joined HCP in March 1997 and is the HCP Group’s Executive Chairman. During the first ten years of HCP’s development, Gerry was intimately involved in establishing its portfolio of projects.
Jackie Churchward-Cardiff
Chief Executive Officer
Jackie Cardiff has extensive experience of managing health services in both the public and private sectors and is Chief Executive Officer.
Donna McCormack
Group Finance Director
Donna joined HCP in November 2007 as Group Finance Director following a successful career in both Private Equity and FTSE 100 environments. Donna is a board member for both the UK and Canadian group companies.
Louise Martin
Development and Regional Director
Louise joined HCP in 2002 as Project Director and is a member of the company’s Executive Management Group. In her role of Project Director she is responsible for coordinating the various consortium companies in bidding healthcare PFI schemes.
Paul Mas
Technical Services and Regional Director
Paul Mas has extensive experience of planning, bidding and managing, both Hard and Soft FM within both the Public and Private sector.
Jane Sansome
Regional Director
Jane joined HCP in 2004 and, since this time, has been leading the Capital Hospitals SPC delivering the £1billion redevelopment of Barts and the London Hospitals. Jane was appointed as HCP Regional Director for London and became a member of the HCP Executive Management Group in 2007.
Alison Phillipson
Regional Director
Alison began her career after university at the Department of Health in 1974 where she worked on a range of policy issues including the configuration of postgraduate teaching hospitals.
John Hunt
Regional Director
John has considerable experience at a senior level across all aspects of estates and facilities management and capital developments. He has worked in both the public and private sectors dealing with the new builds, refurbishments and maintenance and has led several performance reviews of asset management services.
Jane Imbush
Bid Director and Clinical Strategist
Jane joined HCP in 2003 as a Bid Director and is a member of the Executive Management Group. In her role of Bid Director she is responsible for coordinating the various consortium companies in bidding healthcare PFI schemes.
Mark Reilly
Lead Healthcare Planner
Mark joined HCP in 2008 as lead healthcare planner, Mark has extensive knowledge of healthcare developments both in the public and private sectors and leads the health planning and clinical strategy work streams within the company.
Loraine O'Sullivan
Director of Education Development
Loraine is a Board member of HCP and is responsible for education development and developing a wider social infrastructure business. She successfully leads a Development Team in the education sector and has worked on the development of other major programmes and been operationally responsible for over 65 schools.
