Colin Carey

Regional Director (South)

Colin Carey has a wide range of experience in general and healthcare management having spent 22 years working for various Trusts across the South East of England. Colin’s NHS career started in Soft FM, before moving into Hard FM and then site management. Following this, Colin moved into more general management roles and was responsible for a number of clinical services which resulted in him being appointed as Director of Emergency Care and then Director of Clinical Support Services for a large multi-site Trust.

Colin joined HCP in October 2008 as General Manager for the Meridian Hospital Company project, which operates the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Woolwich. This was an early wave PFI project and was one of the first taken on by HCP.

In November 2010, Colin was appointed Regional Director (South). The South covers four schools projects (incorporating 7 secondary and 7 primary schools) and two hospitals across London and Kent.
