Jackie Churchward-Cardiff

Chief Executive Officer

Jackie joined HCP in May 2001 as a Project Director and also provided the lead for both clinical and design/service integration. Jackie has a commitment to Evidence Based Design and has led the HCP work with the Centre for Health Design for the company to become the first Global Pebble Partner. From Project Director Jackie became a board member and Director of Services in 2007, Chief Operating Officer in October 2008 and Chief Executive Officer in October 2009.

Jackie's career started in the NHS in 1978. After training as a nurse she held a number of clinical posts in acute/critical care in private, teaching and DGH hospitals. Clinical progression led to Jackie becoming Director of Regional Specialties at the Royal London Hospital in 1989.

In 1997, Jackie was appointed Director of Operations at Bart’s and The London NHS Trust, a post she held until joining HCP in 2001.
