Jane Imbush

Bid Director and Clinical Strategist

Jane was recruited from the NHS by HCP in 2003 to work on hospital projects initially within PFI and subsequently on Trust side and operational schemes where she has focused on service improvement, project delivery and clinical development. Jane is a very successful bid director for HCP and continues to use clinical and managerial skills to lead and deliver projects. She is highly regarded by our industry partners for her leadership, clinical knowledge and commitment to service improvement. Jane has also worked on a number of our operational projects providing support and advice to both the NHS Trust and the on-site hospital project management team.

Jane is a highly experienced healthcare professional with skills learned working both for the NHS and in the private sector. She has in-depth expertise in recruitment, management and development of successful teams, as well as a record of achievement and delivery.

Jane is intensely proud of her achievements in the NHS and in particular her time spent at the Oxford Radcliffe Hospitals NHS Trust where she was part of the Trust Executive Board.

Jane qualified as a nurse from Kings College Hospital in 1981 and worked in acute areas of nursing for 17 years before moving into hospital management, working at major hospitals such as Bart’s, The Royal London and the John Radcliffe.
