Mark Reilly

Lead Healthcare Planner

Mark joined HCP in July 2008 from a major management consultancy firm, he is a senior Healthcare Planner with extensive experience of working with both NHS clients and consortia.

Before entering the private sector, Mark spent 12 years working in the NHS as a service manager and capital planning manager working across a wide range of projects. He possesses well-developed facilitation skills and a thorough understanding of healthcare and capital processes. Some of his key achievements are to lead the healthcare planning support for the University Hospitals Leicester (UHL) Pathway and University of North Staffordshire NHS Trust ‘Fit for the Future’ capital schemes.

As lead Healthcare Planner Mark oversees the input to new projects across a whole range of procurement routes including PFI, P21 Trust advisor and overseas development. Mark has also experience of supporting Trusts with performance management reviews relating to the management of Health Care Acquired Infection (HCAI) rates.
