HCP Social Infrastructure (UK) Ltd is seeking to expand its health consultancy team by appointing 2 key roles: a Healthcare Planner and a Health Analyst.
HCP is a stable and well established company working within Health and Education both in the U.K. and abroad. We support the NHS and Schools to provide environments where they can flourish. Having started in Health PFI we now work across all procurement routes and directly with hospitals and schools to develop their estate and services. We currently have 32 operational projects, in addition to consultancy work and have a commitment to long term partnership with our private and public sector clients.
We are staffed by senior personnel from clinical, construction, FM, Education and finance sectors, and have built a company focussed on, and committed to, well designed and operated facilities that positively contribute to the well being of all users.
As our successful Health Consultancy expands we want to add to the team the following suitably qualified staff:
Healthcare Planner
We are seeking experienced healthcare planners to join our team working across the health economy both nationally and internationally. We want to recruit motivated, independent professionals with:

Senior Experience working in the NHS or other healthcare fields

In-depth knowledge of healthcare capital planning procedures

In-depth understanding of clinical processes

Experience of business case development
-
Strong interpersonal skills
-
Evidence of success in improving healthcare systems
Healthcare Analyst
We are also seeking an experienced health analyst to support our consultancy team on a full or part-time basis. The person we seek will have.

Experience of collating and analysing complex data sets for use in developing health services

Experience of working in the NHS or similar environment
-
Expert in use of spreadsheets and databases
-
Good presentational skil
For both posts we are seeking staff who can work independently at a senior level delivering creative solutions and high quality outputs. Both posts are suitable for flexible working and could be home based.
