Housing investment through PFI and PPP will play an increasingly important role in transforming neighbourhoods into sustainable communities. Through our involvement in one of the eight Housing Pathfinder PFI Schemes, North Whitley PFI, and our wider PPP/PFI expertise we have developed approaches to deliver efficient and responsive local solutions for housing investment projects.
Whether a Housing PFI or other Joint Venture partnership arrangement, we draw on our core partnering, procurement and housing capabilities to provide investors, Local Authorities, Registered Social Landlords(RSL) and contractors with advice during Competitive Dialogue and project operational stages.
