Bid Development and Strategy

We promote early strategic development at pre-procurement stages to help you develop strong approaches to the requirements of the contracting authority. - A structured protocol to manage bid development, that creates “gateways” in bid development ensuring the bid is delivered to quality and time;

- A formal red team review, managing this process, ensuring that your bid team is afforded support in compiling information for the review and is well placed to respond to that feedback;
