Audit and Assessment


Alongside our unique Governance and Improvement procedure we operate a strong Audit and Assessment process. This process consists of complete Audits of our project sites to ensure compliance and protection for the client, alongside Assessments of HCP project staff, skill sets and competencies. This also includes mapping of relations between the SPV and client to ensure effective communication channels are available and utilised.

This programme is designed so HCP can maintain an excellent standard of care and responsibility to the Trust, protect investor and client relations, and ensure we are complying and exceeding our Project Agreement criteria.

Our Audit and Assessment process is undertaken by senior members of our Executive Management Team. Areas of strength and successful processes are shared throughout the company.
