Operational SPV Management


The operations management division of HCP is a market leader in specialist PFI project company management and P21 schemes. HCP currently has 34 projects operational or under construction, with a portfolio value of over £5bn. In total HCP manages services in more than 22 hospitals, 68 schools, 1338 homes, 5 courts and 1 tram network.

Over thirteen years HCP has gained varied experience in running complex projects from many different procurement routes, working with a variety of NHS Trusts, County Councils and Government Chambers.

We have renowned relationships with private sector contractors and have established a reputation for delivering new buildings and services on time and within budget.
