Healthcare Planning

HCPs healthcare planning team is uniquely placed to assist healthcare clients realise their service and capital developments from initial project scoping through to final project commissioning. We have the skills to take projects from business case approval onto design development, user consultation, equipping and commissioning.

The team draws on operational and research experience gained within the public and private sectors ranging across clinical services and estate management functions to enable us to understand and reconcile the competing needs of clinicians, constructors and project costs. These skills are grounded in a thorough understanding of current public policy and detailed technical guidance, complemented by experience gained in numerous healthcare capital projects. We provide all functions of traditional health planning as well as business case development, estates feasibility reviews, due diligence studies and design reviews.
