Governance and Improvement
HCP operates a unique internal Governance and Improvement procedure. This is a system of programmed inspections, facilitated by our Executive Management Team, to audit and assess HCP staff and operations, at our corporate offices and on Trusts premises (SPVs).
This programme is designed so HCP can maintain an excellent standard of care and responsibility to the Trust, protect investor and client relations, and ensure we are complying and exceeding our Project Agreement criteria.
The HCP Governance and Improvement programme consists of three key deliverables, identified as: Performance Improvement, Risk Management and Service Improvement. These three criteria operate in a cyclical manor to continually assess the skill set, staff and quality of work delivered to our clients. We operate our Governance and Improvement programme on an annual review, to ensure all our projects are compliant and delivered effectively.
