Technical Services

Construction Supervision

HCP’s Technical Services Team includes Construction Supervisors who ensure that all major parties involved in the construction process liaise and work together to achieve completion on time, within cost and to quality objectives.

During bidding and pre - Financial Close period HCP will assist in the due diligence of the construction related documents including reviewing the Project Agreement requirements and those of the Building Contractors proposals and schedules.

In the early stages of design development HCP works closely with service providers to ensure the design process reflects client expectations. This includes reviewing key areas such as lifecycle factors, energy performance,  DDA, access and  interfaces with ICT and FM. HCP ensures that the design and build obligations are managed effectively, and in particular inter-relationships between all parties.

HCP will monitor performance to ensure contractual commitments and programmed milestones are achieved.

HCP will represent the Project Company interest during construction and liaise closely with the Contractor, Independent Tester and the client regarding handover protocols, procedures and commissioning programmes.
