HCP’s deep domain knowledge ensures that we can undertake due diligence exercises that are robust and give confidence to the client that the project is viable, and to comment on; the suitability of the contractual structure, the capability of the contracting parties and the extent to which all regulatory requirements are met. In particular HCP are experienced in the due diligence of clinical and Facilities management provision within both the NHS and Independent sector. In our SPV management role HCP continually undertake due diligence work on behalf of the funders to protect their investment.
