- Auditing operational performance of existing suppliers.

- Change Management working with clients and suppliers to facilitate change through communication, staff and user participation, workshops and actions.

- Contract management of service providers, including managing budgets, operating the various FM services including FM help desks, and monitoring and improving performance.

- Procurement  / Benchmarking of appropriate services packages to get the best value from the market, including preparation of tender documents, tender evaluation, and negotiation with suppliers.

- Outsourcing specifications defining service requirements, service level agreements, and key performance indications.

- Strategic studies to identify customer needs for FM services, options for the FM service structure, and recommendations. Our consultants combine technical kn owledge with an understanding of real world FM to ensure that all strategies are totally practical and fully achievable.
