Bid Development
HCP has extensive expertise in working with the Ministry of Defence on Justice System Projects and provides each bid with a full-time project director to lead the bid team and ensure that all bid objectives and deadlines are met. The project director manages the relationship with the client and translates the client vision for the team to deliver a successful bid.
This will involve developing a detailed understanding of the particular bidding process, managing the bid submission, ensuring the highest quality of supporting bid documentation, monitoring progress and advising all stakeholders on issues and progress.
