Our services for the regeneration sector
Major housing, education and health capital investment programmes all have a common primary focus – to improve the outcomes for communities. We work with clients to ensure that through procurement these programmes result in delivering the maximum beneficial impact on the surrounding communities.
Our services span bid stages through to operational delivery, and we work with both the public and private sectors involved in designing and delivering regeneration programmes.
Our work with clients to date has included:

Developing Apprenticeship and training opportunities for 14-19 year olds in construction and facilities management;

Promoting ‘supply chain’ contracting opportunities to small businesses through local suppliers fairs;

Delivering arts programmes in hospital environments – covering different art forms including visual arts, music, poetry, theatre and public art;

Creating strategies for stakeholder and community engagement; and

Supporting local groups and charities through community sponsorship programmes.
Our starting point is getting to understand the area – the people, their priorities and the existing community infrastructure and networks. From this, we help our clients understand the local context, needs and demands of the community, which then enable us to devise tailored solutions in partnership with local stakeholders.
Through our projects, we are actively involved in building new and sustaining existing relationships with our local communities. Our ethos is based on creating long term partnerships which demonstrate a commitment to community investment by going beyond contractual obligations.
