Our skills and expertise

HCP will bring a host of skills, knowledge and expertise to bear on any project. Behind any project team, or individual consultant, there are more than 85 HCP staff, based at the Operations sites, head office in Swanley, Kent and London.

The majority have professional qualifications in their specialist area and extensive experience of their chosen field. Many have post graduate qualifications including MBAs and DPhil. As a company that developed from a healthcare background many have worked in the NHS but we draw from a wide background with nurses, accountants, construction engineers, mechanical engineers and many other professions are represented.

Outside of their working life HCP staff enjoy a wide range of pursuits: sailing, sub aqua diving, shooting, fly fishing, there are two black belt Tae Kon Do experts, several school governors, a snooker referee and an Indian Head massage specialist amongst our staff!
