HCP staff have a wide variety of backgrounds – what they all have in common is a desire to exceed expectations and deliver.
The range of experience includes senior managers and clinicians with extensive experience in acute, community, mental health, education and justice sectors along with project managers, bid managers, construction, engineering and facilities managers to banking and corporate finance staff.
Our staff may work in the following areas:
- As Bid Managers and Directors who lead and support PFI projects in conjunction with partners / clients from pre-qualification through to preferred bidder, within the health and courts sectors.
- As Operational Staff based at PFI hospitals to manage and represent the Project Company, managing sub-contractor performance and liaising with clients. This is hands-on management and offers both independence and responsibility.
- As Health Planners who assist health care clients in realising their service and capital developments from initial project scoping through to final project commissioning.
- Our Clinical Strategists are also highly experienced nurses and as such are able to apply practical experience to theory, ensuring the needs and priorities of clinicians are incorporated into the design.
- As generalist Support Staff helping to deliver our wide range of Project Services.
- As part of our finance and specialist support team.
